We process orders within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from being received. We’ll notify you of any shipping delays.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with the order number and an approximate amount charged upon completion of your purchase.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination. Sales tax, shipping, and handling charges will be added to each sale. We ship to locations within the contiguous U.S., and including Alaska and Hawaii. International and U.S. Territory shipping is not available, which includes Canada, Puerto Rico. We are also unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays will be processed on the following business day. Overnight delivery orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Please note we do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you've received a damaged item, we are happy to replace it with a new one. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is damaged or if the wrong item was delivered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All damages must be reported within 72 hours of your order being delivered.

Orders cannot be canceled once a payment has been processed.
